VukaWeb is a trading name of BUYCLUB (PTY) LTD, registration number 2025/268225/07 ("VukaWeb", "we", "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, domain registration, email hosting, website hosting, and AI-generated website services (the "Services").
VukaWeb provides domain registration, professional email hosting, website hosting, and AI-generated, industry-specific websites, offered under our Starter, Growth, and Pro packages, billed monthly.
Packages are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due upon invoice generation. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your domain, email, hosting, or website services.
Domains registered on your behalf remain subject to the terms of our domain registrar partner and the relevant domain registry (e.g. ZA Central Registry for .co.za domains). VukaWeb acts as a reseller and is not the registry.
Website content generated using our AI tools is based on information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing generated content for accuracy before publishing, and for ensuring your website content complies with South African law.
We aim to maintain high uptime for hosting and email services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance will be communicated where reasonably possible.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
VukaWeb shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services, including loss of business, data, or revenue.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
